Dorset Street Biscuit Abandonment

I saw this today on Dorset Street.
It seems very meticulous to me.
Why abandon what appear to be perfectly nice biscuits?
Why display them on a wall, evenly spaced?

WHY?

    It has also been suggested that it was a trap. Or maybe a candid camera type thing – who is the greedy fecker who tries to eat the biscuits?

    Great shot. When I worked in UCI Tallaght I was bewildered by all the full bars of Cadbury’s chocolate left wrapperless in the toilets and in the back of the screens until it was explained to me that the wrappers were being used to burn heroin on…

    Put me off chocolate for ages.
